AIP started life in 2013 with the primary objective of supplying high quality, affordable, bespoke paraplanning solutions to financial advisers, therefore enabling them to focus their time and energy on their clients. The company has continued to grow and we have a number of valued clients located all over the UK, and continue to work remotely from our base in Norfolk.
The Director, Honorata Poole has over 20 years in the Financial Services Industry. Any paraplanners that carry out work on behalf of clients are level 4 qualified and working towards level 6. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, informative and efficient service, totally catered to each and every client.
Meet the director
Honorata Poole, Director & Founder of All Inclusive Paraplanning Ltd.
Honorata has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years, and began her journey in providing research and paraplanning in 2008. Her experience and background in many challenging roles in different areas of the industry - including 8 years in stockbroking - gave her the appetite to begin her career in paraplanning.
Working as a paraplanner, Honorata had the advantage of working with both small and national wealth management and advisory firms. Overseeing many changes in rules and regulations during this time, Honorata also learnt exactly what advisers are looking for in paraplanning services.
In 2013, Honorata decided that the only way to provide the type of high-level services that advisers truly appreciate and need was to ‘take the leap’, and shortly after launched All Inclusive Paraplanning Ltd (AIP).
Communication is at the uttermost importance to Honorata, she firmly believes that the best way to maintain fantastic relationships with her clients (new and old) is to have regular review meetings to ensure AIP’s services keep abreast with the ever-changing world of financial services.
Honorata lives in Norfolk with her partner and two children and in her spare time enjoys long walks with her three beloved dogs.
